Ancient Yellow River Water Scenic Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction and a national water conservancy scenic area.

A national AAA-level tourist attraction, located within the area enclosed by Development Avenue, West Ring Road, North Ring Road, and Luoma Lake Road. Covering a total area of 85 hectares, including 34 hectares of water surface, it is a scenic area characterized by the Ancient Yellow River Scenic Belt. The park fully showcases water culture and Yellow River culture, and features four main functions: waterfront tourism, sports and leisure, emergency refuge, and business reception. Major attractions include the Water Scenic Garden Plaza, Memorial Forest of the Fourth Municipal Party Committee, Memorial Forest of the 16th National Congress, Chess Garden, emergency refuge site, Ninglan Peak, as well as 24 landscape bridges such as the Lian Tong Bridge, 7 pavilions including the Ningcui Pavilion, 12 islands including the Yugu Island, 3 riverside boardwalks such as the Ningyuan Boardwalk, and 3 cruise boat docks including the Yingjia Dock.
