The General Zhu Rui Memorial Hall is a classic red tourism attraction and a patriotic education base.

The General Zhu Rui Memorial Hall was built to commemorate General Zhu Rui. It is located in the eastern section of the Ancient Yellow River Scenic Belt in Sucheng District, Suqian City, bordered by Binhe Road to the north, Huancheng West Road to the east, the Ancient Yellow River waterway to the south, and overlooking the main scenic area of the Yellow River Landscape Belt to the west. The planned land area covers 72,000 square meters, with the main building having a construction area of 8,043 square meters and a building height of 19.4 meters.

The bronze sculpture of General Zhu Rui in the hall lobby stands 5 meters tall and was created by the Central Academy of Fine Arts. The entire exhibition space primarily showcases the life and achievements of General Zhu Rui, divided into five major sections: “Seeking a Path to Save the Nation,” “A Red Army Commander,” “The Flames of the Anti-Japanese War,” “The Soul of Battlefield Artillery,” and “The Great Wall of the Nation.” It features a large collection of photographs, documents, and artifacts, comprehensively and objectively presenting the illustrious life of General Zhu Rui and his outstanding contributions to the establishment of the artillery forces. It is an important cultural attraction within the “Impression of the Yellow River” integrated landscape belt of Sucheng New District and a patriotic education base in Jiangsu Province.
