Xingguang Community: Xingguang Neighborhood Committee is located in the seat of Shuangdian Town government, bordering Dongcun Village to the east, with the Jianghai River as the boundary; Nan Village to the south, with the Rutai River as the boundary; Zongkui Village to the north, with the Jianghong River as the boundary; and Gaoqian Village to the west, with the Hongxing River as the boundary, covering an area of 3.76 square kilometers.
