Zhendun Town

Zhendun Town is located in the northwest of Qingpu District, Shanghai. It is a key town in the northwestern part of Qingpu, situated 12 kilometers from the central area of Qingpu and 40 kilometers from downtown Shanghai. It faces Jiading District and Jiangsu Province across the Wusong River, borders Baihe Town to the east, Qingpu Town and the industrial park to the south, Shipo Town of Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province to the west, and Huaxiang Town of Kunshan City to the north. The town is named after Emperor Zhao Gou of the Southern Song Dynasty, who stationed troops here to resist the Jin invasion. The total area of the town is 48.56 square kilometers, including 2,350 hectares of arable land. There are 7,598 households with a total population of 25,000, of which 22,996 are agricultural residents and 5,007 are rural laborers. The terrain in Zhendun is flat, with an average elevation of 3.6 meters above the Wusong zero point.

1. By Car:

① Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway: Head toward Nanjing on the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway → Take A30 Suburban Ring Road toward Dagang → Exit at Baihe, then turn right at the T-junction after exiting the highway → Turn left at the first crossroads (Baishi Highway) → Drive straight until reaching the Victory Road intersection, then turn right (Xingli Road) → Continue to the next crossroads.

② Huqingping → A30 Suburban Ring Road (Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway direction) → Exit at Baihe (20 RMB) → After exiting the highway, turn right, then turn left at the first intersection (Baishi Highway) → Drive straight until reaching the Victory Road intersection, then turn right (Xingli Road) → Continue to the next crossroads.

2. By Public Transportation:

① Take the Hu-Zhao Line from Madang Road at South Huangpi Road (ticket price: 9 RMB).

② After arriving in Qingpu, transfer to another bus. At Qingpu Bus Station, switch to the Qing-Zhao Line (3 RMB) or Qing-Tun Line (2.5 RMB).
