Yu Yi Exhibition Hall
The Yu Yi Exhibition Hall is a patriotic education base.
Teacher Yu Yi is a precious asset to education. With her strong sense of responsibility, noble professional ethics, broad-minded approach to nurturing students, exquisite teaching artistry, and selfless dedication, she has forged the shining image of a people's teacher who "upholds integrity and serves as a role model." In September 2006, the Yu Yi Educational Thought Research Center was inaugurated, and as part of the center, the Yu Yi Exhibition Hall was also opened to the public. The exhibition hall highly condenses the essence of Teacher Yu Yi’s educational philosophy and serves as a training base for cultivating cadres and teachers who are politically steadfast, professionally excellent, and morally upright. As a district-level patriotic education base and a district volunteer service base, the exhibition hall provides a learning platform and receives visits from various organizations for study purposes.
The "Yu Yi Column" webpage within the exhibition hall has been launched on the "Yangpu Education" website, featuring six sections: Growth Experience, Educational Thought, Chinese Language Teaching, Lectures and Presentations, Special Reports, and Research Reviews. The column contains a wealth of video resources showcasing Teacher Yu Yi’s masterful presence in classroom teaching, special lectures, and mentoring sessions. The webpage is comprehensive and detailed, including approximately two to three million words, 406 images, and 1,260 minutes of video footage. It fully presents Yu Yi’s intellectual achievements and builds an information bridge for cultivating more teachers in the spirit of Yu Yi in the new era.
