The Memorial Room of Martyr Qiu Shaoyun serves as a patriotic education base.

The Memorial Room of Martyr Qiu Shaoyun is located within Shanghai Shao Yun Middle School (No. 1980 Huangxing Road), an environment with elegant surroundings and convenient transportation. Covering an area of over 50 square meters, the memorial primarily displays photos and textual materials about the brief yet glorious life of Comrade Qiu Shaoyun, as well as images and information on other martyrs from the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea, and inscriptions from leaders commemorating Qiu Shaoyun in different periods.

The entire exhibition in the memorial room is divided into four major sections. The first section is “The Great Qiu Shaoyun”; the second is “Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea, Defend the Homeland”; the third is “True Gold Tested in Fire, Heroism That Moves the Heavens and Earth”; and the fourth is “Eternal Commemoration, Exemplary for Learning.” Looking back at the short life of Martyr Qiu Shaoyun in the new era, we see the shining image of a tenacious, brave fighter who faced death fearlessly.
