The Xinghuo Hot Spring Resort is built around the "Huo Yi Well" hot spring. The resort is affiliated with Daqing’s Xinghuo Ranch, which was established in 1947 and is among China’s first state-owned agricultural and livestock farms. In 2008, the hot spring resort officially launched as an investment project and has now been developed into a sizable hot spring resort destination, attracting many visitors to relax and unwind.

The Xinghuo Hot Spring Resort boasts high-quality hot springs and geothermal resources, with water rich in beneficial trace elements such as fluorine, copper, zinc, and manganese, offering excellent health and wellness benefits. The resort’s open-air hot spring bathing area features sections of varying depths—shallow, medium, and deep—suitable for visitors of different ages to play and swim. The Wellness Pavilion includes two square open-air soaking pools and three semi-circular medicinal pools, each providing unique health-promoting effects.

The resort’s reception center consists of three parts: indoor specialty soaking pools, standard guest rooms, and a farmhouse-style restaurant. The fishing pond and overwintering pool offer winter recreational activities such as sledding, ice spinning tops, and ice fishing. The wooden cabin hot spring wellness villas are another new highlight of the Xinghuo Hot Spring Resort, where soaking in eco-friendly hot springs within wooden cabins embodies a green and environmentally conscious concept.
