Reclining Turtle Mountain, located in the northeastern corner of Jinshantun, is a small hill over 400 meters above sea level that resembles a turtle lying on its back. It's a similarity-shaped mountain, commonly known as Reclining Turtle Mountain. Its head is held high facing north, and the round "turtle" back is covered with lush pine trees. From afar, it looks fuzzy, just like green fur on the turtle’s back. The two front claws stretch toward the river, as if playing with the fish in the water, while the two hind claws are also highly dynamic, and the tail quietly extends toward the distant green mountains. At dawn, it appears and disappears amid drifting clouds and mist, like a giant divine turtle swimming through the vast sea of clouds. Below is the blue water, above is the blue sky—it's hard to tell whether the divine turtle is in a fairyland or the human world.

On one side of the mountain is a cliff over 30 meters high. The front end of the mountain has two feet close to the water surface of the Tangwang River, and the rear middle extends far into the distance, resembling a turtle lying horizontally against the mountain. From afar, the turtle’s head, back, shell, feet, and tail are all connected to corresponding parts of the mountain, creating an extremely lifelike form. At dawn, when the mountain appears and disappears amid the mist, it looks like the turtle swimming through the sea of clouds—a uniquely shaped scenic area of similarity rocks. With the development and construction by the forestry bureau, this small hill has taken on the responsibility of revitalizing the town. A TV relay station and a high-positioned water tower have been built on the mountain, contributing greatly to the local residents.
