It stretches 78.5 kilometers from north to south and 41.85 kilometers from east to west, covering a total area of 3,807 square kilometers.

The ancient cave of Taoshan at the upper end of the ski resort has two entrances, one large and one small. The larger external entrance is oblong-shaped, measuring 11 meters in width and 23 meters in slant height. The smaller entrance is circular, with a horizontal diameter of 2.1 meters and a vertical diameter of 2.4 meters. The cave extends 20 meters deep, 4 meters wide, narrowing at the entrance and widening as it spirals toward the back wall. Stone beds and tables can be found along the steps. Historical research indicates that the cave was manually carved during the Qing Dynasty, once inhabited by Taoist priests until the Japanese puppet regime era, after which the priests disappeared without a trace.

Driving Directions: Starting from Yichun, enter the Hegang–Harbin Expressway, drive 111.9 km, exit at Tieshi, go straight for 4.9 km, turn left and drive 9.0 km, then turn left again and drive 1.3 km to reach the destination.
