Thrill-seekers must come and take on the newly completed Titlis Cliff Walk in Switzerland, which opened in mid-December last year. The 100-meter-long Titlis Cliff Walk hangs 3,000 meters above sea level, with a width of just 0.9 meters — walking across it is enough to make your palms sweat and your adrenaline soar.

This currently tallest suspension bridge in Europe was built to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Engelberg–erschnialp cable car in Switzerland, which first opened back in 1913. With the completion of the Titlis Cliff Walk, it has officially surpassed Switzerland’s Salbit Bridge to claim the title of Europe’s highest suspension bridge.

Since the opening of this cable car, Engelberg has seen a surge in popularity. Already a renowned destination for skiing and snowboarding, Engelberg also boasts a glacier park and glacier cave. To reach the summit of Mount Titlis, visitors must start at the cable car terminal in Engelberg and take three separate sections — Engelberg–Trübsee, Trübsee–Stand, and Stand–Titlis — before finally being rewarded with views of the snow-capped peak. With the addition of this terrifying bridge, thrill-seekers now have yet another heart-pounding challenge to conquer.
