The Raohe Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Memorial Monument is a classic site on China’s red tourism routes.

The Raohe Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Memorial Monument is situated on the scenic Xiaonanshan Mountain, facing the Ussuri River to the south, and covers an area of about 40,000 square meters. It is one of the first group of key national protected sites for martyrs' memorials. Personally approved by Premier Zhou Enlai in 1963, the monument's construction began in 1985 and was fully completed in August 1986. Standing 16.6 meters tall, the monument features a 6.9-meter-high sculpture made from 14 pieces of granite. The inscriptions on the front, “Raohe Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Memorial Monument,” and on the back, “Eternal Glory to the Martyrs of the Anti-Japanese War,” were handwritten by Chen Lei, former Governor of Heilongjiang Province. After more than twenty years of development, the monument has become an important red tourism destination and a base for patriotic education in the county.
