The Agricultural Reclamation Xingkai Lake Second Floodgate Water Conservancy Scenic Area is a national water conservancy scenic area.

A national nature reserve. Located on the eastern side of Shuangshantou in the lake ridge of Xingkai Lake, southeast of Mishan City, Heilongjiang Province. Accessible via Provincial Highway 309 turning onto the Mixing Tourist Highway. It is 90 kilometers from Mishan City. This is a lake-type scenic tourism area that integrates a nature reserve, natural landscapes, and large-scale water conservancy projects.

The Second Floodgate Tourist Area, with its grand and spectacular engineering scale, classic and dignified antique architectural style, and pristine natural environment, has become a beautiful highlight along the shores of Xingkai Lake, attracting an increasing number of domestic and international tourists for leisure and vacation. Covering an area of 2.6 square kilometers, the Second Floodgate Tourist Area features over 20 scenic spots. Notable natural attractions include the Lake Ridge One-Line Sky, Golden Beach, Natural Oxygen Bar, Calm Lake Embracing the Moon, Xingkai Lake Sunrise, Qin Sea Sunset, Fishing Village, Sailing Through Waves, Sand Bathing, and Listening to the Waves. Cultural and humanistic attractions include the Second Floodgate Sign, “Xingkai Lake” Rockery, “Second Floodgate” Rockery, the Second Floodgate Control Room, Antique Corridor, Lake-View Pavilion, Sea-View Pavilion, Boardwalk, Poetry Bridge, and Peace Pigeon Square.
