Xingkai Lake Forest Park is located on the shores of Xingkai Lake in Mishan City, Heilongjiang Province, 29 kilometers from downtown Mishan. The park covers a total area of 5,298 hectares. It enjoys a mild and moist climate with distinct seasons, has a forest coverage rate of 85%, and boasts abundant wildlife resources.

The park features steep mountains, dense forests, and enchanting scenery. The mountaintops are scattered with uniquely shaped rocks, naturally formed through time, creating breathtaking views. Notable attractions include Camel Peak, Axe-Cleft Valley, Immortal’s Bed, Arhat Stone, Lake-Viewing Pine, Ancient Plank Road, Cross-Shaped Cliff, and Heavenly Bee Pavilion. Camel Peak is the main summit of Honey Mountain, standing at an elevation of 574 meters, making it the highest peak in Mishan. From a distance, it strikingly resembles a giant camel lying atop the mountain. On closer inspection, the camel’s eyes and mouth are clearly visible, looking incredibly lifelike. In spring, Honey Mountain is covered with blooming wildflowers in vibrant colors; in summer, lush green slopes offer a cool and pleasant retreat; in autumn, fiery red leaves and fragrant wild fruits paint the landscape; in winter, the mountain is draped in silvery snow, with green pines standing out against the white.
