The Daxing'anling Resources Museum is a national AAA-level tourist attraction and a science education base.

The Daxing'anling Resources Museum is located on the south side of Jiagedaqi Century Plaza, with a construction area of 2,800 square meters. It is a 3A-level tourist attraction in Heilongjiang Province and also serves as a patriotism education base in the province.

The museum's exhibits fully present the rich resources and ecological landscapes of China’s cold-temperate forest region, including forests, wetlands, wildlife, water, and minerals. They reflect the spirit of Daxing'anling—characterized by hard work and overcoming the challenges of a harsh, cold environment. The museum also emphasizes science education, publicity, knowledge dissemination, interactivity, and engagement. It features comprehensive multilingual audio guides, computer inquiry systems, and multimedia demonstration facilities. The Daxing'anling Resources Museum is an important venue for inspiring people to care for nature, develop a love for Daxing'anling, raise awareness about protecting the living and natural environment, and strengthen patriotism education.

As the only exhibition hall in the Daxing'anling forest region that integrates various resource specimens, scientific research, science education, and publicity, the establishment of the Daxing'anling Resources Museum represents a concerted effort to promote Daxing'anling to the entire nation, to society, and especially to young people.
