Even when traveling alone in a foreign land, I never feel lonely as dusk approaches. Because I know that somewhere on this planet, you are there with me, admiring the beauty before our eyes.
I absolutely love watching the sun slowly set. I can’t even remember since when, but no matter how late the sun sets during my travels, I always wait quietly. The shifting colors, the movement of the clouds, the varying backdrops, and the different moods make every sunset unique. Watching it, I can’t help but smile warmly—simply because it’s truly beautiful. Or perhaps, deep down, I know I’m in this world calling out dreams at sunset, hoping that when dawn comes after dusk, I’ll still be alive for that dream.
Once, a backpacker smiled at me and said, “Go on, girl chasing the sunset.”
