Yingshanhong Ski Resort is located 9 kilometers south of Jiagedaqi, the capital city of the Greater Khingan Mountains, covering an area of 160,000 hectares. It is the northernmost ski resort in China built to the highest domestic standards, and also the largest and best-equipped ski resort in western Heilongjiang Province. The area has a cold temperate continental monsoon climate, with rapid cooling in autumn, long and snowy winters, an average annual temperature of -2.6°C, and a snow accumulation period of 180 days. The resort sits at an elevation of 581 meters with a mountain drop of over 200 meters. It features high, intermediate, and beginner ski runs, with a total length of over 3,000 meters, catering to skiers of all levels. In addition, the resort offers a range of snow activities such as a snowboard park, alpine skiing (accessible via cable car), snowmobiles, snow tubing, sledding, and horse-drawn sleigh rides.

Skiing is available from early winter each year through late April of the following year. With the resort sitting at an elevation of 581 meters and a mountain drop of over 200 meters, the ski runs span more than 3,000 meters in total and include high, intermediate, and beginner slopes that fully meet the needs of skiers at different skill levels. Visitors can also experience the thrill of speed and the sensation of gliding across snowy plains. The resort also features a dedicated children’s snow play area, allowing kids to embrace their playful nature in a fairytale-like winter wonderland.

The resort includes a comprehensive ski equipment hall that integrates accommodation and leisure entertainment, along with a high-altitude cable car and tow lifts. The second floor of the equipment hall houses a ski rental shop, shops, VIP reception rooms, and a guest lounge. The restaurant is located on the third floor, offering delicious Chinese and Western cuisine, while the third and fourth floors feature mid- to high-end guest rooms, making it an ideal retreat for rest and relaxation.
