Rooster Comb Rock

Jiguan Mountain is an extension of the Changbai Mountain range. It gets its name from its resemblance to the comb on a rooster’s head. The twelve peaks, shaped like a rooster’s comb, are interconnected in a staggered formation, with the highest peak reaching 969.1 meters, known as Rooster Comb Rock. The mountain features steep terrain, bizarre rocks, towering ancient trees, and a mixed coniferous and broadleaf forest that blocks out the sun. Climbing to the summit, you can enjoy seas of azaleas in spring, marvel at sea of clouds in summer, admire the red foliage covering the mountains in autumn, and view the snowfields in winter.
