The Okura Prestige Taipei & Taohualin Chinese Cuisine
Following the first installment of the autumn-winter trilogy—Hong Kong Retro Cuisine—The Okura Prestige Taipei’s Taohualin Chinese Cuisine presents the second act: the "Sea Delicacy" Hairy Crab Set Menu this November. Centered around Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs, this limited-time offering runs from November 1 to November 30. The set includes a roasted meat Jiangnan platter, ginseng chicken stewed with abalone and shark fin, hairy crab roe sautéed seasonal vegetables, honey-pepper pan-fried Matsusaka pork, perilla-steamed hairy crab, seafood fried rice, and ginger tea glutinous rice balls. The perilla-steamed hairy crab features plump, 4-liang crabs prepared with minimal seasoning to highlight the perfect harmony of rich crab roe and fragrant crab meat.
