Located next to Exit 3 of Taipei City Hall MRT Station and right across from W Hotel, Breeze XinYi is finally set to open on November 5. Among the mall’s 110 brand outlets, the second largest category after luxury fashion brands is F&B restaurants (25 in total), making up nearly a quarter. To celebrate the opening, 18 dining brands are offering various promotions, with discounts as low as 10% off. The high-end teppanyaki restaurant r?? also offers an across-the-board 20% discount.
