The inner meat-crazed beast comes roaring out from time to time!! Juicy slices sizzling on a piping hot grill… just picturing it makes you gulp saliva XD In September, a new Osaka Yakiniku Futago opened in Kaohsiung, and Huili recently went to try it out~~ After one round, we felt the meat was super fresh, and the seasonings didn’t overpower the ingredients — you can really taste the original flavors!! With over 20 branches in Japan, this is the first outlet in southern Kaohsiung. As soon as you step inside, you can feel the super lively and energetic atmosphere — it’s super high-energy!! Definitely worth experiencing^^

▲ Half-Smashed Kimchi NT$130
At first, Huili wondered why it’s called “half-smashed” — shouldn’t it be “fully smashed” to sound more powerful? (“Half-smashed” is actually a regional Japanese dialect meaning “smashed” or “crushed”) (the kanji looks pretty intense lol). This kimchi is made with nozawana greens, has a bit of a spicy kick, and pairs perfectly with yakiniku to cut through the richness. But beware~ it has a strong aftertaste!! A must-try for spice lovers ("V_"V)''

▲ Raw Egg with Raw Beef / Taiwan Exclusive NT$280
Huier’s beef limit is medium-rare, but for high-level delicacies like raw beef, let Sally take the lead ('*ω'*) Let the yolk run out, then squeeze some lemon juice and mix it all together. The fresh beef is lightly marinated with sauce beforehand~ slightly sweet and salty, with zero fishy smell to worry about. The mouthfeel is rich in fat yet melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the bite is kinda like fattier salmon~ This is a dish for the brave, recommended for adventurous foodies out there ε-(´∀`; )

▲ Sesame Cabbage Salad NT$95
Uses raw cabbage sprinkled with sesame, chili, and a special dressing — the texture is extra crispy!! Every bite feels very present ^^ It’s recommended to order a salad to go with your yakiniku for a balanced meal.

▲ Stone Pot Bibimbap NT$220
If you’re a rice lover like Huili, or someone who can’t feel full without rice, go for this stone pot bibimbap. The mains and salads at Futago are all quite affordable, so you can get a bowl of rice, a salad, and two or three types of meat — perfect for two people.

▲ After pouring the sauce, mix everything while it’s still hot. For those who love crispy rice, let it sit a bit before serving.

▲ The bibimbap is full of flavor but not overly salty or greasy.

▲ Signature Mega MAX Beef Tongue NT$360
Beef tongue lovers will definitely be obsessed~~ This Mega MAX beef tongue is simply amazing!!

▲ Futago’s yakiniku is lightly seasoned — it brings out the umami of the meat without over-marinating.

▲ The sight of the Mega MAX beef tongue on the grill is super tempting!!

▲ Grill every side of the tongue, and when it’s almost done, add a splash of lemon juice for flavor.

▲ Different parts of the long beef tongue have varying textures — you’ll enjoy both crunchy-tender and more chewy bites.

▲ Jar-Marinated Premium Beef Ribs NT$480
A must-order at Futago: the jar-marinated premium beef ribs!! When it arrives, you’ll just see a steaming jar — and inside is a chunk of beef ribs ^^ The visual impact is seriously unforgettable~~ Coming here is such a treat!!

▲ Once grilled, the jar-marinated beef ribs are super fragrant, making Huili and her friend drool non-stop = = The well-marinated ribs are quite tender, slightly salty, and get more addictive the more you eat~

▲ Ultra-Premium One-Bite Cold Noodles NT$130
In the middle of our yakiniku feast, we ordered these special one-bite cold noodles to try.

▲ Before eating, the cold noodles are drizzled with apple juice.... Huili tried this method for the first time XD But the cold noodles with apple juice actually tasted really smooth!! And the refreshing flavor is super addictive!! The noodles are super chewy, the portion is just right, and sharing between two people prevents overeating.

▲ Grilled Chicken Cutlet with Cilantro NT$240
This yakiniku dish is probably an acquired taste XD The chicken cutlet is topped with a generous pile of cilantro — grilling and eating them together is actually pretty good, perfect for those who absolutely love that cilantro flavor!!

▲ The chicken cutlet has a balanced mix of fat and lean meat, also lightly seasoned.

▲The chicken is tender and juicy—highly recommended. The saltiness at Futago Yakitori is just right!

▲Mixed Offal Platter
Friends who love offal, don’t miss this one—you can enjoy three different types of textures and cuts in one go!

▲Yuzu Honey Soda NT$100, Collagen Grape Soda NT$120
When you’re at Futago eating yakitori, be sure to pair it with a great drink. Their fruity sodas are lightly alcoholic, so don’t chug too fast XD Ladies might enjoy the collagen-infused soda—Sally highly recommends it!
● ETtoday News Cloud reminds you: Don’t drink and drive. Don’t drive after drinking.

▲Post-meal Yogurt
This yogurt is super thick—Sally loves it XD. It’s sweet and tangy, perfect for cutting through the richness!

▲The dining atmosphere at Osaka Futago Yakitori is really cozy, and you won’t have that pesky yakitori smell sticking to your clothes after eating ^^ The shop even thoughtfully provides a place to hang clothes and bags. Just lift the red seat cushion and you can stash them inside—super convenient!

▲Osaka Futago Yakitori is located on the 2nd floor. Go up the stairs from this entrance, and you’ll see Up!’s space—so full of Japanese vibes that Hu Li thought she’d flown straight to Japan XD

Meat lovers never get tired of yakitori~~ And now there’s a new spot for gatherings or dates—head to Osaka Futago Yakitori. Be sure to try their signature “Pot-Marinated Premium Beef Ribs” for a treat for both eyes and taste buds ^^ And we all love the “Signature Jumbo MAX Beef Tongue”—tender, crispy, and absolutely delicious!
Recommended for meat lovers and anyone who craves authentic Japanese-style grilled cuisine &a(*´∀`*)人(*´∀`*)&a
