Romantic Offensive for Couples: A Lazy Guide to Hotel Stay Discounts

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and hotels are rolling out a variety of stay offers. ETtoday Ettoday News Cloud has compiled various Valentine’s packages from star-rated hotels. Some feature ultra-low discounts, while others offer top-tier luxury experiences—all designed to help couples everywhere celebrate an unforgettable Valentine’s Day.

Regent Taipei
Regent Taipei has launched the “Romantic Starlight Garden Dinner” Valentine’s Stay Package (from February 10 to 15), which includes accommodation in the Garden Suite featuring a large outdoor terrace, a Valentine’s feast from the “Regent Taipei Gourmet Gallery,” 24-hour private butler service, and live violin music accompaniment. The original price is NT$177,480, but the package price is NT$60,000—equivalent to a 70% discount (approximately 30% of the original price).

Mandarin Oriental, Taipei
From February 12 to 14, 2016, Mandarin Oriental, Taipei is offering an ultra-luxurious Valentine’s exclusive stay package called “60184 Love You for a Lifetime.” It includes accommodation in either the 33 ping Executive Yi Pin Suite or Executive Boulevard Suite, along with spa aromatherapy services, a Valentine’s Day couple’s dinner, a rich breakfast for two, as well as afternoon tea, all-day light meals, evening cocktails and snacks, complimentary pressing of three items per day, and free Wi-Fi. The offer runs from February 12 to 14, 2016, at NT$60,184 per room per night.

Sheraton Taipei Hotel
From February 12 to 15, Sheraton Taipei Hotel is offering the “Sweet Dreams for Lovers” stay package. Guests can enjoy up to about 45% off when booking a Premier Room (NT$5,999 + 15.5%, original price NT$14,000 + 15.5%) or an Executive Room (NT$9,999 + 15.5%, original price NT$22,000 + 15.5%). The package includes breakfast for two at TWELVE at Sheraton the next day, a Paco Rabanne unisex fragrance gift set, a box of love chocolates, and two exclusive lover’s bathrobes. There is a limit of 10 rooms per day for this package.

Garden Hotel Taipei
The Garden Hotel Taipei’s Valentine’s package runs from February 12 to 19, starting at NT$3,999 per room per night. The package also includes breakfast for two at the Six Countries Restaurant buffet, one bottle of French Château de Creation Peach Sparkling Wine (Creation Peche), and a richly fragrant handmade “Sweet Chocolate Cake” from the Six Countries Pastry Shop.

The Everett Taipei
From now until February 14, book The Everett Taipei’s “2/13-2/14 Love Nest Stay Package” for NT$9,999 and stay in a Premier 9 Valentine’s Exclusive Room. The package includes breakfast for two at the luxurious buffet, complimentary mini bar, a chef-prepared chocolate and fruit platter in-room, one bottle of exclusive Zhao Wei Dream Chateau selected French red wine sold only at The Everett Taipei, and one limited-edition Everett Valentine’s bear.
