Grand Hyatt Taipei invites Michelin-starred chef from Macau’s Imperial Kitchen for a guest appearance – Dinner at NT$10,800

Leading the guest appearance is Chef Guillaume Galliot, who earned two Michelin stars and a spot on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list for his French cuisine at “The Tasting Room” in Macau’s Crown Towers. He will make his first visit to Taiwan in March, invited by Grand Hyatt Taipei, to present the “French Imperial Banquet Wine Dinner” at the hotel’s Park Avenue Café from March 3 to 5, 2016. Galliot developed a passion for cooking at the age of 12. After graduating from the Institut Paul Bocuse in Saint-Christol-les-Alès, France, he honed his culinary skills at the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Jacques & Laurent Pourcel. In 2004, at just 23 years old, Galliot became the youngest-ever Deputy Head Chef at Singapore’s Raffles Hotel. Later, as Head Chef at Jaan by Kirk Westaway at Beijing’s Raffles Hotel, he was honored with awards such as “Hot Table” from Condé Nast Traveler and “Top French Chef of the Year” from Time Out magazine.
