Do you enjoy the tangy and spicy flavors of Thai food? While there are many Thai restaurants around, when it comes to all-you-can-eat buffets, Thai Market Seafood Buffet is a must-mention. Recently, Grand Hyatt also launched a 10th-anniversary promotion. In addition to Thai Market, Taichung welcomed a new buffet spot last year (2015)—Thai Royal City Thai All-You-Can-Eat Buffet, which also offers unlimited dining and caused quite a stir upon opening.

Thai Market Seafood Buffet
Located on the sixth floor of Eslite Xinyi Store, Thai Market is Taiwan’s first all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant themed around Thai seafood cuisine. Over its ten years since opening, business has grown steadily. Thai Market’s dishes make extensive use of a variety of spices, each with unique flavors, to authentically deliver classic Thai tastes. The chefs use a wide selection of fresh, seasonal seafood to offer a rich and value-for-money dining experience. The restaurant’s interior design was overseen by Japanese space design master Kazumoto Yukifumi, featuring four standalone villas infused with Thai ambiance, allowing diners in Taiwan to enjoy a leisurely resort-style Thai dining experience.

Thai Royal City Thai All-You-Can-Eat Buffet Restaurant(Now closed)
Thai Royal City is considered Central Taiwan’s first all-you-can-eat Thai cuisine buffet restaurant, featuring Thai-themed dishes, sashimi, and carefully selected seasonal seafood. It also offers “made-to-order” dishes such as Thai spicy chicken, moon shrimp cakes, lemon fish, spicy and sour seafood soup, coconut chicken soup, shrimp vermicelli burgers, and grilled steak. Covering an area of 150 ping, it can accommodate up to 110 guests, with a Thai-style décor.The price is NT$598 + 10% regardless of time slot.
