The newly opened BABA BABA Bursting Toast in Xinjuejiang offers a variety of cheese meals and crispy omelets. Hu Li was drawn in by the burst of cheese... completely captivated by its charm. This BABA BABA serves light meals and is open from evening until 3 AM—no more worries about finding a late-night snack spot, Up Up Up. In addition to savory bursting toasts and omelets, they also have sweet flowing-sand toasts. Girls might get a little lost here~ Even though it's super high in calories, I couldn’t help but eat several servings XD

▲ Bursting Toast – Spicy Beef NT$50

Let’s start with this Spicy Beef—it has a really cute name.<到 叭叭叭 爆浆吐司 享用餐点,一定要玩玩看牵丝秀,趁热拉开,真的会让起司控尖叫~~

▲ The filling is packed with beef, drizzled with cheese sauce to add a smooth texture, making it even more addictive the more you eat.

▲ The spiciness comes from different types of chili peppers. Though it’s spicy, it feels quite refreshing, and the spice helps cut through some of the richness of the cheese. Recommended for those who can handle spicy food.

▲ Bursting Cheese – Teriyaki Pork NT$50

The meals at BABA BABA Bursting Toast are all made to order, so you’ll have to wait a little. The freshly baked toast doesn’t look like much at first glance, just slightly crispy, but as soon as you take a bite, you’re hit with the surprise of a cheesy explosion inside.

▲ Teriyaki pork being prepared...

Poured over with a thick layer of cheese sauce—this sight is almost too much to bear. Turns out that crispy toast is packed with so much filling inside~ No wonder Hu Li ended up super full = = Really, don’t underestimate the portion size.

▲ As soon as you split the toast open, you see a river of cheese... absolutely shocking XD. You can feel the heavy portion just holding it in your hands. It’s so heavy, definitely not “light” food huh~ haha

▲ It’s really too rich and too filling = = How can cheese lovers resist~ Super tempting to just gobble it all up right away. Served hot, the filling is still steaming... perfect for a warm midnight treat.

▲ The teriyaki pork is very generous—you can eat heartily, and the pickled veggies add a tangy kick. The thick layer of cheese sauce pairs perfectly with the crispy toast. But this one can be a bit rich, so it’s recommended to order a drink with it.

▲ Crispy Omelet – Basil & Vegetables NT$35

It’s said that this basil and vegetable omelet is also quite popular in the shop. The omelet is cooked until golden brown, with cheese slices, basil, and fillings inside... sprinkled with pepper for extra aroma.

▲ Though it looks simple, this omelet is actually pretty tasty. Xiao Hu said the crust is a bit like scallion pancakes, but less greasy, making it perfect as a late-night snack XD

▲ Cheese Omelet NT$40

A must-order for both cheese lovers and egg lovers. The egg itself is cooked to silky tenderness and wrapped around an oozy, rich layer of cheese.

▲ The egg aroma is strong, and the cheese tastes great whether hot or cold. When hot, you get a silky, smooth texture, and when cooled, it has a slightly chewy uniqueness ^^ This one had both Xiao Hu and Shali fighting over it.

▲ Bursting Toast – Golden Flowing Sand NT$40

After enjoying the savory bursting toasts, you’ve got to satisfy your sweet tooth too. Hu Li tried the toast version of golden flowing sand for the first time XD

▲ After a few bites, she found the cream filling inside erupting like a volcano... How are we supposed to eat this~ (covering face) The shop is really generous with the portion, it’s shocking.

▲ The golden flowing sand erupts wildly, making this a pretty challenging dish. Girls dining with someone special might want to skip this one… otherwise, it’s hard to fully enjoy XD

▲ Marshmallow Thick Slice NT$40

Loves ordering marshmallows everywhere for that dreamy feel ^^ The BABA BABA Bursting Toast shop has marshmallow thick slices, which of course can’t be missed. When it arrived, it really caught the eye of girls... it’s so puffy and cute.

▲ The roasted marshmallow is placed on thick-sliced toast, and when you gently pull, it stretches into threads. Sweet-tooths will drool just looking at it.

▲ The sweet aroma of marshmallow keeps wafting over, with the outside roasted to a golden brown. Paired with the toast, it cuts through the richness nicely. Ants would probably love this sweet treat, but those who are wary of sweetness should probably avoid it.<

▲Black Tea NT20

Having cheese dishes here? Pairing them with a classic cup of black tea is simply delightful. Enjoying hot, savory food with a refreshing sip of iced black tea... absolutely amazing.

▲Bababa Exploding Toast – store exterior, located near the Xinjuejiang shopping area, making for a relaxed dining experience.

Bababa Exploding Toast offers simple yet well-prepared light meals. The ingredients are generous—stretchy cheese toasts, crispy egg pancakes, sweet-tooth favorites like golden lava toast and marshmallows—you’ll find almost everything you’d want to eat here. Next time you’re thinking of a casual dinner or a late-night snack, consider coming here XD

Highly recommended for super cheese lovers and anyone who wants both savory and sweet in one bite &a(*´∀`*)人(*´∀`*)&a

Life is about experiences, and living is about trying new things. “Taste” is a highly subjective matter—it’s the fulfillment of expectations and the stirring of emotions that create the flavor of love.
