A must-try dish when traveling to Seoul — Kongling One Chicken’s Taiwan No. 1 branch has finally opened. Trial operation is expected to start on March 22, with the official opening on March 30. Currently, reservations are not accepted, and it has not yet been decided whether this policy will change later. The store is located at No. 14, Lane 83, Section 1, Da’an Road, Da’an District, Taipei City.
“One Chicken” is a must-try dish when traveling to Seoul, and Kongling One Chicken is one of the restaurants that Taiwanese travelers must visit. Its sweet and savory broth pairs perfectly with tender chicken. You can also customize your bowl by adding chili sauce, minced garlic, and kimchi according to your taste. In the end, you can pour white rice into the rich, flavorful chicken soup to cook it into congee for a delicious finish.
