Taiwan’s Luce Ristorante Hosts Pacific Rim’s Most Influential Michelin Three-Star Chef Fine Dining Experience Exceeds NT$10,000

LIMONI French Restaurant in Taichung will host “A Feast in Nature” from December 1st to 3rd, inviting David Kinch, one of the most influential three-Michelin-starred chefs in the Pacific, to collaborate with LIMONI’s head chef, Lin Hsuan-Shu. Together, they will present a culinary tribute to the beauty that nature has bestowed upon Taiwan. The lunch and dinner menus for the feast are priced at NT$12,500 + 10%, with only six seatings available during the event period, each limited to 40 guests.

David Kinch’s restaurant, Manresa, is located in the San Francisco Bay Area and holds three Michelin stars, as well as a spot on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. In addition, Chef David has received an Emmy Award as an outstanding culinary host for the PBS series “Mind of a Chef,” was named one of the World’s 100 Best Chefs by Le Chef magazine, and ranked ninth in the annual ranking of the World’s 50 Best Metropolitan Area Restaurants (Cuaderno Matoses), among other accolades. Alain Passard, the three-Michelin-starred chef of Paris, once praised him as having “the most wonderful hands in North America.”
