Recipe
1. First, sift together cake flour (200g) + cornstarch (150g),
then add one egg yolk and an appropriate amount of water to create a thick batter (so the hot dog will hold the batter well).
2. Deep-fry once to make the coating golden brown, then let it cool. Cut the potatoes into cubes (you can also use frozen french fries).
3. Pat dry and add a little cornstarch (no need to coat frozen french fries with cornstarch), then dip them in the second batch of batter.
4. Coat them with potato cubes and deep-fry until golden brown!
