Using traditional baking techniques, the freshly baked golden-hued traditional cake is soft, moist, and richly aromatic.
Every day, hundreds of high-quality farm-fresh eggs are used — egg yolks and whites are handled separately. The yolks are pre-mixed with fresh milk before adding in imported Japanese flour to form the cake batter, all baked without adding a single drop of water. Egg whites are beaten by hand into delicate meringue, then folded into the batter to enhance the cake’s fine texture, making it even more tender and moist. With Japanese-grade ingredient selection standards and the continuation of traditional handmade cake-making methods, these freshly baked cakes are irresistibly fragrant. Just one bite of the original flavor reveals a soft, rich, and aromatic taste.
In addition to the milk-scented original flavor, the “honey cake” here is also a classic favorite. It uses a generous amount of natural honey mixed into the batter, and during the beating and baking process, the sweet scent of honey spreads throughout the shop. By the time the cake comes out of the oven, almost the entire store is filled with its honey aroma — enough to attract passersby. For those who prefer less sweetness, the mildly sweet yet slightly bitter “Belgian chocolate cake” or the highly nutritious “pumpkin cheese cake” are unique creative flavors. Each offers a layered texture that includes chocolate chips, cheese cubes, cheese slices, and various grains, making this small handmade bakery a well-known local dessert spot in Nanzih in just under a year.
★ If refrigerated overnight and enjoyed the next day, the texture becomes even more delicate, soft, and pleasantly cool and moist.

[Golden Cake]

This milk-flavored original cake is made using traditional handmade techniques passed down by baking artisans. The cake is baked to a golden hue, with a fluffy and thick exterior, and a relatively moist and soft interior. The creamy milk flavor spreads across the taste buds, making it an excellent example of traditional-style cake.
[Japanese-Style Honey Cake]

Carefully selected pure honey is added generously into the cake batter. During the beating and baking processes, the sweetness and aroma of the honey fully blend into the cake, resulting in a moister and richer bite that girls especially love.
%Honey is added into the batter as one of the key ingredients.

[Belgian Chocolate Cake]

Combining imported Belgian 53.7% chocolate chips with chocolate sponge cake, the result is a finely textured cake that is mildly sweet with a hint of bitterness. When you bite into the chocolate chips, you’ll taste the 53.7% chocolate flavor melting again in your mouth, offering a burst of rich, mellow aroma with every bite.

[Rich Cheese Cake]

This is a multi-layered and richly flavored cake made with premium cheeses directly imported from the US, New Zealand, and Australia, layered within the cake and topped with cheese cubes. Baked fresh to achieve a dense cheese flavor, this rich and layered cheese cake is both hearty and affordably priced, making it a popular choice among customers.

[Pumpkin Cheese Cake]

Made with specially selected pumpkin and rich cheese cubes, topped with nutritious grains like pumpkin seeds and oats. Ideal for health-conscious elders or family customers.
