One More High-Rise Restaurant Opens: The 48th-Floor Moonlit Cantonese Restaurant to Debut on May 24

Following the two Shangri-La Far East Hotels in the north and south, the Far East Group and Shangri-La International Hotel Group have once again collaborated to establish the “Mega 50 Dining & Banquet” venue on the top floors—48th to 50th—of the “Mega Tower,” the newest and tallest building in New Taipei City owned by the Far East Group, located in the prime area of Xinzhuang Special District. The Cantonese restaurant “Moonlit” on the 48th floor is set to open on May 24.

Located on the 48th floor of the Mega Tower, New Taipei City’s tallest building, next to the Big City Mall in Banqiao, Moonlit offers dining tables by the window with beautiful day and night views. It features three private and secluded VIP rooms: Banqiao Room (for 24 people), Fuchung Room (for 12 people), and Nanya Room (for 10 people). The restaurant specializes in Cantonese cuisine with some Sichuan and Hunan influences. Each dish starts at NT$280, while five set menus are available at NT$1,000–NT$4,800 per person. During lunch, refined Hong Kong-style dim sum is specially served, with each piece starting at NT$130.
