The Blue Highway spans over 3 kilometers and serves as a direct route from the popular Taichung night view spot "Wanggaoliao" to Dadu. Originally passed down through word of mouth among cycling enthusiasts, it has gradually attracted motorcyclists and university students who ride up the mountain to take in Taichung’s one-of-a-kind nightlife. It has also drawn many photography aficionados on pilgrimages, making it a hidden gem among locals and a nostalgic spot for many.

Located on the southwestern slope of Dadu Mountain in Taichung, the Blue Highway is a straight sloping road that offers a view of the sparkling sea of lights below.
