The signature cheesecake filling is mixed with Daifuku red beans and a layer of matcha for a multi-layered texture that exudes an elegant, unique flavor. It’s topped with a whole chestnut — an ultra-luxurious Japanese combination！

A convenient mini-sized cheesecake, also a popular item in-store. Small in size but packed with rich flavor, the limited-edition May matcha taste — don’t miss it if you see one！

And now, the star of the show — the most eye-catching item among all the May matcha new releases. This is PABLO’s very first attempt at selling a sundae. The base is drizzled with Uji matcha syrup, topped with a fluffy, foam-like layer of rich cheesecake whipped cream, and decorated with mochi dumplings, red beans, and crust pieces. An ultra-luxurious seasonal dessert — definitely worth trying！
