Changhua County Government has launched a photo contest to allow people across Taiwan to share their most memorable images of the grandest Taiwan Lantern Festival in 23 years and to preserve those precious memories. Any photographic work taken with a digital camera with a resolution of 10 million pixels or above, capturing the true, good, and beautiful aspects of the 2012 Taiwan Lantern Festival — including people, events, moments, places, and objects — is eligible to participate. Entries will be accepted from now until April 6.
