Tucked away in Khanom, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, Baancivilize Resort is located on the Thai mainland just south of Koh Samui. Right next to the resort lies the idyllic Khanom Beach. The resort was designed with a unique concept by its owner—offering guests individual house-like accommodations, each featuring a room, living area, and kitchen, making it ideal for long-stay travelers. This was the first hotel built based on this concept.

Every room at Baancivilize Resort offers views of swaying palm shadows over white sands. Beachfront rooms feature floor-to-ceiling glass walls in the living area, allowing guests to enjoy the ever-changing beauty of sunlight and shadows from sunrise to sunset. Another room type includes separate living and kitchen areas. No matter the room type, guests can step out their door and directly dive into the blue pool. There are several popular attractions nearby, including eco-tours for whale watching and the Krung Ching Waterfall. With limited room availability, Baancivilize Resort often fills up quickly.
