Every October, everyone’s most anticipated event is the National Day fireworks. This year’s fireworks will be launched offshore at Hsinchu Nanliao Fishing Port. The Hsinchu City Government will also hold three concert events on September 28, October 5, and October 10, featuring live performances by artists and groups such as Julia Wu, Jolin Tsai, and F.I.R. Additionally, the total of three fireworks shows will be launched in succession starting from September 28.

This year’s National Day fireworks theme is set as “102nd National Day Fireworks Bloom in Hsinchu.” The series of events will take place in the Guanpu Redevelopment Area, Haishan Fishing Port, and the main venue at Nanliao Fishing Port. As for the three concert events, the first one, “HIGH Turn East Guanpu,” will take place on the evening of September 28 from 19:00 to 22:10, with performers including Jolin Tsai, Show Lo, Julia Wu, and Luan Tan Ah Xiang. The warm-up fireworks show will be held from 21:50 to 22:10. The second show on October 5, “Haishan Pop Night,” will run from 18:30 to 22:30, featuring performers such as Hsiao Po-an, Tsai Hsiao-hu, Tsai Chiu-feng, and Hsu Fu-kai. The warm-up fireworks show will be held from 22:00 to 22:20. The grand finale on National Day will take place from 18:00 to 22:30, with fireworks from 19:00 to 19:40, lasting a full 40 minutes. That night’s performers include Jolin Tsai, F.I.R., MP Magic Power, Stronger Me, and Bai An, among others.
