This German team village, located in the Santo Andre settlement in southern Bahia, cost nearly NT$1.3 billion, funded through fundraising by the German Football Association from corporations. The village spans approximately 15,000 square meters, featuring 14 villas, 65 rooms, practice fields, a swimming pool, a gym, a private beach, and a media room. Its remote and tranquil location requires crossing a river to reach.

Germany additionally funded the construction of a hotel, medical center, football field, and even laid down a road. During the construction period, a large number of local residents were hired, creating a significant job market. In addition, to better integrate with the local culture, several Brazilian artists were invited to design the project.
