Aranzi Aronzo are virtual characters created by Japanese designers. They first gained massive popularity in Taiwan when a themed café opened in 2012. In addition, this July, they launched a short-term rental apartment combined with a café in Tainan, generating quite a buzz.

The Aranzi Apartment is located within a century-old building on ShenNong Street, featuring front, middle, and rear sections, interspersed with two courtyards that create a rare sense of depth and light in an old building. After a year of renovation, the historic structure has been blended with the playful illustrations of Japan’s Aranzi, resulting in a fun space that bridges different eras. The goal is to allow travelers to not only enjoy the charm of the old building but also experience Aranzi’s whimsical charm—ensuring every guest has a joyful and surprising stay.

The Aranzi ShenNong Apartment is divided into two parts: the first floor houses the Aranzi Café, while the accommodation spaces are mainly on the second floor. There are four rooms—Kappa-kun, Bad Thing, Rabbit-chan, and Panda-kun—each featuring Japanese-style elements such as wooden soaking tubs and tatami mats, offering a unique twist on traditional elegant Japanese aesthetics.
