This building features a striking bright yellow exterior, with exquisitely decorated interiors, including small floral wallpaper and bed linens, creating a romantic atmosphere. Additionally, each room in the homestay has a window, allowing guests to read by the sunlight on their balcony and enjoy a completely relaxing time.

The Flower-Seeing Happiness Mushroom House, which has only been available for booking since February 2015, is a four-person room located near the lakeside of the Flower-Seeing Happiness Homestay. It is set against the backdrop of Hualien’s rolling green mountains and metasequoia forests, surrounded by various types of flowers and plants. Made up of interconnected large and small mushrooms, the “big mushroom” is a two-story indoor space. The upper floor is the bedroom, which also features a projector that can cast images onto the ceiling inside the mushroom room, allowing guests to enjoy movie time in a playful environment. The lower part serves as the living area, where the interior decor exudes a strong fairy-tale atmosphere—from vintage furniture to textured staircases, everything feels like it was taken straight out of a fairy-tale book and is incredibly charming.
