Japan’s Queued-Up Gourmet Exhibition: A Gathering of Award-Winning Delicacies

2015 spring break in Taipei will host the only exhibition centered around Japan’s award-winning cuisine. Over 60 acclaimed Japanese restaurants and 100 to 200 Japanese chefs have been specially invited to Taiwan, presenting more than 100 varieties of award-winning specialty foods. Additionally, the original teams behind three-time consecutive championship queue-worthy delicacies have flown in from Japan. This spring break, you can indulge in Japan’s finest street snacks. With eight editions under its belt in Japan, this exclusive appearance in Taiwan is a rare opportunity to sample a variety of queue-famous dishes from all over Japan—from north to south—without flying abroad. High Q?? Avocado食堂

A specialty croquette shop from Suginami Ward that has participated in multiple exhibitions in Tokyo. For this Japan Queued-Up Gourmet Exhibition in Taiwan, they’ve made a special appearance. In addition to traditional Japanese-style croquettes, they’ve recently blended Mexican flair to create the trendiest new flavor of 2015: Japanese x Mexican cuisine.

The one-bite dumpling specialty shop from Shinjuku, Chibisuke One-Bite Dumplings Akasaka, which just celebrated its 20th anniversary, will also be participating in the exhibition. Having exhibited across Japan many times, it has been specially invited by the organizers of the 2015 Japan Queued-Up Gourmet Exhibition to join in Taiwan.
