Every October, countless polar bears gather in the Churchill region of Manitoba, Canada. When the ice becomes solid enough to form ice bridges, the polar bears can cross over Hudson Bay, earning the area the reputation of the “Polar Bear Capital of the World.” At that time, lucky travelers can witness the unique sight of numerous polar bears converging here.
