The photo of the feather-like clouds was posted by netizen Chen Junliang, who said the photo was taken by a friend while jogging in Lantan, Chiayi City in the morning. Shortly after, Zheng Mingdian, director of the Central Weather Bureau, also shared it on his personal page, stating that these beautiful angel-feather-like clouds might be cirrus clouds formed by aircraft contrails.
