Shortly after the opening of its third branch in Taichung’s Dayeh Takashimaya in June, Tim Ho Wan is now setting up its fourth store at Taipei’s Uni-President Hankyu Department Store. Renovation signs have already gone up in the food court on the B2 level, with the new outlet expected to open in late September. This will be Tim Ho Wan’s third branch in Taipei, following those in Zhànqián and Xìnyì New World.

Since launching in Taiwan in 2014, and with the upcoming Hankyu branch opening in September, Tim Ho Wan now operates four locations across Taiwan, all dedicated to serving authentic Michelin-starred dim sum made to order and steamed fresh. In addition to the standard menu items available at all branches, each location also offers exclusive chef-recommended specials — such as radish stewed beef tripe with XO sauce and pepper salt squid balls at Xìnyì, or glutinous rice with Chinese preserved meats, curry beef brisket ramen, and crispy fried tofu with savory powder at Zhànqián. Meanwhile, takeout services are already available at the Zhànqián, Xìnyì, and Dayeh Takashimaya branches.
