Christmas Festivities in Qingjing: A Romantic Celebration with 999 Roses

With Christmas just around the corner, various attractions have adorned themselves with festive decorations to help visitors soak in the romantic holiday atmosphere early. Nantou’s popular Qingjing Farm has kicked off the “Christmas Happiness Tribute” event in its Little Switzerland Garden. The park is beautifully decorated with 999 adorable hot air balloon-shaped OPEN light installations, fluorescent roses, and pink lanterns, creating a dreamy ambiance. From now until the end of March 2016, visitors can head to Qingjing Farm to experience this enchanting holiday spirit.

This year, the Christmas decorations in Qingjing’s Little Switzerland Garden break away from traditional festive lighting methods by introducing Taiwan’s first-ever hot air balloon-shaped OPEN light installations. These OPEN balloons will accompany visitors as they soar above their dreams. A total of 999 OPEN hot air balloons float through Little Switzerland Garden, transforming into dazzling diamonds at night under LED lighting. Additionally, for the first time, LED white roses inspired by Korean drama scenes have been introduced into the garden. The 999 fluorescent roses symbolize everlasting love, adding warmth and romance for couples visiting Little Switzerland Garden. By day, the roses are lovely white blooms, but at night, they glow as cool fluorescent flowers—stepping into this space feels like entering a romantic Korean drama scene. With the glow highlighting the white roses, the atmosphere becomes magically romantic and blissful.
