The cold air mass swept through, bringing the lowest temperature of minus 3 degrees Celsius to Mount Taiping National Forest Recreation Area in Yilan County this morning. Although there was no snowfall, tree branches throughout the park were covered in rime, transforming Mount Taiping into a silver-white wonderland — a fairytale-like scene that left people in awe.
