To celebrate the sixth anniversary of The Peninsula Hotels, Yunxuan is introducing for the first time the “Prince Lobster” from Canada’s Prince Edward Island, which can only be caught in June. Available during Yunxuan’s afternoon tea hours from June 13 to July 3, enjoy two Prince lobsters along with a variety of buffet dishes for just NT$1,580 + 10% (originally NT$2,580 + 10%, equivalent to a 60% discount).

The “Prince Lobster” from Canada’s Prince Edward Island is strictly regulated by the Canadian government to be caught only in June, making it a rare and precious delicacy. Its supply is so limited that it sells out even among North American gourmets. The Canadian Prince Lobster can be likened to the baby calf of the lobster world. Caught before it molts, it weighs only 300 grams and maintains an exceptionally tender texture, unlike the firmer bite of adult lobsters. Yunxuan’s Western Restaurant chef preserves the lobster’s natural freshness by poaching it in vegetable broth, locking in its sweet flavor and delicate texture.
