Jewel Dessert & Tea is located in Lingya District, Kaohsiung, mainly selling delicious handmade desserts, light meals, and British teas. The shop’s most popular items are its layered pies and fruit-based desserts. Among them, the rainbow layered cake, with its girlish and dreamy appearance, not only visually displays the seven colors of the rainbow but also offers a bouncy texture in each layer, with a faint cheese aroma in the filling. The sweet-and-salty taste is absolutely delightful. However, since all desserts are handmade daily, supplies are limited each day. To avoid disappointment, the shop recommends coming to purchase around 1 PM.
