The official cherry blossom blooming declaration for Tokyo in 2016 was made on March 21, marking the arrival of the Tokyo cherry blossom season. Tully's Coffee (タリーズコーヒー 隅田公園店)
Tully's Coffee has branches all over Japan and is a very popular everyday coffee shop. It offers seasonal dishes and desserts, and its Sumida Park branch features a semi-open seating area with great views of the park's cherry blossoms. Since opening in July 2013, it has not only been Tokyo's first waterside café but also become a popular coffee destination.
