First-ever collaboration with DC superheroes: Launching 6 themed Justice League menu items

Chain barbecue restaurant KAI (KAI) is playing with new creativity, collaborating with DC Comics superhero animations. To coincide with the November 16 release of the movie “Justice League,” they have launched a limited-edition “JUSTICE LEAGUE × KAI Collaboration Menu.” These hero-themed meals are designed for the main characters of the Justice League, including popular figures like Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, The Flash, and Cyborg—each with their own signature themed dish.

The new menu features Batman’s “Dominant Beef Ribs” (priced at NT$499), Wonder Woman’s “Golden Tender Chicken Cutlet” (priced at NT$399), Superman’s “Heroic Hamburg Steak” (priced at NT$299), Aquaman’s “Sweet and Fresh Rock Shrimp” (priced at NT$150), The Flash’s “Speedy Japanese Croquette” (priced at NT$150), and Cyborg’s “Lava Cauliflower” (priced at NT$150). There are three themed rice sets and three side dishes in total. They will be available from the movie's release date (November 16) until December 31, and can be ordered at all KAI branches across Taiwan except the Taichung Shin Kong Mitsukoshi branch.

Representing Batman, the “Dominant Beef Ribs” N<”, with a batman logo specially made from egg yolk mixed with bamboo charcoal powder placed on top; the Wonder Woman-themed “Golden Tender Chicken” N<”, featuring four free-range chicken wings totaling one jin, forming Wonder Woman’s powerful “W” logo; the Superman-themed “Bold Burger Patty” N<” is made with a slightly spicy red miso sauce and ultra-thin tamagoyaki to create a bold Superman logo, paired with carefully selected handmade New Zealand burger patties.

As for the Aquaman-themed “Sweet & Juicy Rock Shrimp,” it features large grass shrimp coated in crispy, freshly diced toast. The rugged crust pairs with the tender, juicy shrimp filling, served with mustard sauce. The Flash’s “Speedy Japanese Croquette” is a crispy, aromatic handcrafted vegetable croquette, while the Cyborg-themed “Lava Cauliflower” comes with a rich, smooth white butter sauce and a blend of two bold cheeses, topped with a ham-shaped Cyborg emblem.
