The rainbow bagels that created a queueing frenzy in New York are now available in Taiwan. From now until August 31, N.Y. BAGELS has opened a rainbow-themed pop-up concept store at Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Taipei Xinyi New World, offering New York’s super-popular “Rainbow Bagel,” filled with a variety of special stuffings that provide a feast for both the eyes and taste buds.

The colorful Rainbow Bagels are made by twisting and baking layers of dough in different colors, and are paired with limited-edition fillings such as chocolate brownie cheesecake, Pop Rocks cheese, fruit cheesecake, mango ice cream, and mint chocolate ice cream, adding unique aromas and textures to the classic bagel.

N.Y. BAGELS’ rainbow-themed pop-up concept store opens from August 1 to August 31 at Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Taipei Xinyi New World. All bagels are flown in frozen from the U.S. to ensure everyone can enjoy an authentic New York flavor throughout the one-month event.
