The buffet offerings at 50th Floor Café are incredibly diverse, featuring ten highlights including hot stone plate cuisine and liquid nitrogen ice cream—first seen in a five-star buffet—exclusive chef-created Western dishes, fresh sashimi, chilled seafood, grilled specialties, Asian hot dishes, sushi and hand rolls, fresh salads and fruits, as well as appetizers, with over a hundred options available for each meal.

The head chef is Jason Lin, an overseas Chinese chef from the United States who graduated with honors from a prestigious culinary academy on the U.S. East Coast. He has served as a chef at numerous renowned restaurants and hotels across both coasts of the U.S. and in Taiwan, bringing nearly 20 years of extensive international culinary expertise. During his time in the U.S., he personally served U.S. President Barack Obama and the First Lady, along with other celebrities such as Brad Pitt and former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice... These and other entertainment and political elites have all been his guests. The chef makes use of Taiwan’s abundant local seafood and seasonal produce, paired with essential imported ingredients, to deliver an exclusive dining experience—a key highlight of 50th Floor Café.

Opening promotional prices are available through the end of October: Weekday lunches (Monday to Friday) are NT$680 (original price NT$780), and weekend lunches are NT$780 (original price NT$880); weekday dinners (Monday to Friday) are NT$780 (original price NT$880), and weekend dinners are NT$880 (original price NT$980). Children under 100 cm tall eat free, and those between 101–130 cm enjoy half-price meals. Lunch is served from 11:00–13:00 and 13:00–15:00, while dinner is served from 17:00–19:00 and 19:00–21:00.
