Since the mountain cross-country challenge in 2003, Wulong's International Mountain Outdoor Race has entered its 12th year. As in previous years, this year’s event also features innovations, including new sections such as trekking through the primeval forest of Baima Mountain.
According to the organizing committee, the “towing the rope” segment from the “Impression Wulong” show will also become a competition event in the near future. It is understood that the total race distance of this event will reach 210 kilometers, with competitive events representing the highest level of international outdoor sports. The total prize money of $200,000 is also the highest among similar domestic competitions.
